Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays; orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Shipping time
After processing, delivery takes 3-10 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on your destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, holidays or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout before you complete your payment. Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the rules of your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.
Lost or damaged parcels
- Damaged parcel: if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
- Lost parcel: if your tracking has not updated for a long time, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
